Please complete the online booking form in full. The information you provide will allow us to publicise your event in the What's On section of the Library website. Insufficient information may result in your booking being denied.

To make a booking:

  1. Select the date from the calendar, then select the time slots required (up to 4 months in advance).
  2. Bookings are for the day between 9am and 5pm. Bookings are limited to one per week and three events per semester.
  3. Fill out the booking form in full.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to your University email address once it has been verified by Library staff.
  5. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, you can do so by clicking a link in that email.

Note: the confirmation email may go to your junk mail or clutter folder. If you do not see it in your Inbox, please check there.
