This room may be booked by both current students and staff for a maximum of 4 hours per day. To read more about the room, hover over the info button.

To make a booking:

  1. Select the date from the calendar, and time slots required (up to 2 weeks in advance).
  2. Bookings are for 60 minute periods.
  3. Fill out the booking form and press Continue. Please specify a name for your group, which will be displayed.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to your University email address. Click the unique link within one hour to confirm your booking.
  5. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, you can do so by clicking a link in that email.
  6. You can collect a key for the room from the InfoZone.

Note: the confirmation email may go to your junk mail or clutter folder. If you do not see it in your Inbox, please check there.
