Space Availability - Robertson Trust Medical Library, Ninewells Hospital

To make a booking

Select the date from the calendar, then select the space and time slots required (available up to 2 weeks in advance).  Please ensure the timezone on your device is GMT London.

Room Category -

  • Presentation Pod -  bookings are in 1 hour periods for a maximum of 3 hours per day
Please note a PC is not available, a large screen is available but you will be required to bring your own device to connect to the screen 

Bookings will lapse 20 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Please note, access to the library is controlled by a proximity card secure entry system and is only available to University of Dundee staff and students, and to NHS Tayside members of the library. To have your card enabled, please email Ninewells-Library@dundee.ac.uk with details of the proximity code from the back of your ID card and this will be passed to NHS colleagues for processing.
